Down Payment:

  • With fixed reservations we ask for a down payment in the amount of EUR 75,00 per person.
  • When using IBAN and BIC(Swift), there is no more charge than an inland transaction. 
  • Please enter the travel period in the 'reason for transfer box'.
  • You will not receive a notification of succesfull down payment. However, we will notify you if the payment is not successful.

Cancellation

The cancellation fee is calculated according to the General Terms & Conditions.  This is listed under: § 5 Abs. 5.5 - 5.6

With late arrival or early departure, the entire trip amount minus unused meals (dinner EUR 8,00 - breakfast EUR 5,00) is due.

Europäische Reiseversicherung

In order to avoid unnecessary costs, we suggest getting travel insurance. This can be done through us in cooperation with the European Travel Insurance service.  

Payment options:

Payment can be done with EC-card, Maestro, Bankomat or cash. Payment per credit card is not possible.

What else you should know!

  • The prices are per person per day including all taxes. 
  • We deduct EUR 8,00 (adults) and EUR 4,00 (kids) from your half-board total when booking with breakfast.
  • We charge EUR 5,00 per day for dogs (excluding food). Please bring a nest and blanket for your dog! 
  • The rooms can be entered at earliest 2 p.m. on the arrival day. 
  • Please leave the room by 10:30 a.m. on the departure day. 
  • Bei Ankunft nach 18.00 Uhr bitten wir Sie um telefonische Nachricht.
  • We do not accept credit cards! 
  • Please pay your bill cash or with EC card. 
  • Single rooms available by request.
